Once you place your order online it will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day, yeah we know, we’re crazy like that! Actually, we’re just amped you love our designs & want to get them to you as quick as humanly possible. Your order should arrive to you within 5-7 business days, if not sooner. Most likely sooner, but that really depends on how fast your UPS driver drives; don’t blame us if your guy isn’t as cool as our guy (he’s an adrenaline junkie). He likes to rip the streets in his brown onesie, we don’t judge.

Winky Boo is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Yes, that means if you decide to hand deliver it to us & get attacked by a pack of wild hungry squirrels, we will not be paying your medical bills, just saying. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective, or was not the correct item purchased (don’t try lying, we have it on file), Winky Boo will reimburse the return shipping charges.
